Poem of the Month

October –

Autumn leaves of red and gold

that crunch beneath your feet.

Pumpkins on front porches,

candy corn, and trick-or-treat.

Tart and tangy cider,

apples ripened on the trees.

A hint of winter coming

on the chilly

autumn breeze.

Halloween is here and I hope everyone has a costume picked out. Put on your warmest pajamas, and pop up some popcorn while you wait. If you are not a trick or treater, why not have a movie night instead?

Sincerely,

The Passionate Poet
