The ingredients that you will need are:
1 tablespoon of extra- virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium carrot large or two peeled and sliced
1 stalk celery and sliced
1 shallot
½ small onion sliced
Add salt and pepper, put 2 minced cloves garlic, and add in 64 ounces of chicken broth
Add chicken chopped it into bite-size pieces
Then, add 8 ounces of gluten and spaghetti noodles
That’s all that you will need, but this homemade recipe sounds really good.
The recipe has 350 calories, 15% of sodium, 17% of fat, 102% of protein 6% of carbs, and 4% of fiber. I recommend trying this.
